Core Company
NAoD's Core Company is for our INTERMEDIATE to advanced dancers and are held to the highest standards. Our dancers bring their incredible talent, determination, and work ethic to the team. This team is a great experience for those strong dedicated dancers wishing to take their dancing to the next level while still needing flexibility.​​ You may choose to do ALL styles or as little as one...you choose what is right for you!

An audition is required to join.

Core dancers typically spend 4.5 to 9 hours per week in studio. (Additional hours may be needed for any solo, duets, and/or trios.)

TAP COMPANY

1 Tap Class
1 ½ Hour Rehearsal (includes Production)
HIP HOP COMPANY
1 Hip Hop Class
2 Additional Classes
1 ½ Hour Rehearsal (includes Production)

FULL year commitment is required
Core Dancers must be available for 5 weekends for conventions and performances.
MUST make the Company a PRIORITY over all other activities including school plays and other sports.
Availability for Nationals in June/July MUST be provided with acceptance
MUST attend mandatory Choreography Week in August. *** August 14-20, 2023 ***
Required to take no less that 6 hours of summer training (in studio or outside intensive)
Core dancers can take additional classes for an additional reduced fee.
